Alongside an ‘09 Williams Selyem Pinot, It was difficult to pick a favorite. This wine brought cherries, raspberries, pepper, and a hint of blackberry to the table, providing a lighter, fruitier addition to grilled lamb with balsamic and honey. Delicious with food, and on its own.

Vin av f.d. DRC-lärljunge. Ogenerat ursprungstypisk. Doften är intensiv fylld med lingon, tranbär, körsbär, pinje och mynta. Utvecklad smak där förutom bärigheten smaker som lakrits, pomerans, småcitrus och kanel träder fram. Fyllig smakrik stil utan motstånd och långt avslut. Den höga alkoholen känns inte helt integrerad, drar ner intrycket lite.
