Long Live The King King Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Needed a minute to breath but pretty good

Opened it , poured it through the aerator and left it in the glass for 20min . Absolutely superb , strong bold berries with a distinct bold and remarkably smooth after-taste . I recommend this as others have suggested after a long day with a smokey chorizo and cheese and caramelised onion jam .

I just wanted a little something to take the edge off being stuck in traffic for two hours... Well I got it! Lovely full bodied red! I'm not going to give a pretentious description. It's warming and ticks all the boxes after a long day. Open... pour... Relax and enjoy. Made a crappy day finish well!

The Barrossa Valley and Coonawarra fruit in the King family produced wine was surprisingly soft and very drinkable.

A very pleasant well balanced wine that displays subtle fruit and mild tannins.

Lovely full bodied rich red with notes of fruity plums & cherries with a hint of oak. Perfect with red meats or even drinking without food.

Last nights Cab Sauv. - will buy more from tTimes wine club - big juicy blackcurrants - very retro!
