A softy, tangy nose of peppercorn, prunes, and brine. A slight sprits greets the palate before opening up to ripe cranberries and currants with hints of cinnamon, deepening to mellowed tones of blackberries, cola, and anise, and then finishing with short length of dark stone fruit and salted meat. A year or more in the cellar, and this will be a well-integrated wine.
