Had this with a mildly spicy pasta sauce and wow did that bring out the sweetness in the Rose.

Oct 25th, 2019Nice Rose. Pretty dark in color. Almost had a vanilla nose when I first opened it. Lots of flavor on this one. Nice floral notes and fruity finish.

2009 Cadence Coda Rose
Did a big rose tasting yesterday and this was the winner. A rose of cab franc and petite verdot. Great job by winemaker Ben Smith. A killer rose.
