Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Very peachy and loads of cucumber

Phenolics, floral notes and acid. Very nice Sauvignon Blanc.

Summer in a glass!

Easy drinking.

Sweet pink grapefruit, tropical fruit, strawberry kiwi, grass, jalapeño

Decent SB, but not great. A slight creaminess which was nice but a sourish finish knocked it down a bit.

A perfect match to the firey spice of the wild shrimp remoulade. This is a well balanced wine with layers of aroma and flavor. Well done Cade.
