A few days late in posting the Wednesday Wine Committee wines. Standard format with 1 sparkler, 3 whites, 4 reds and 1 dessert wine. All served blind.
I have NEVER seen a wine this color! It looked like sparkling water in the glass. It had a richness in the aromatics that reminded me of Merry Edwards SB, but it was insanely light and acidic on the palate. Kiwi, crushed limestone, and stone fruits. Good acidity. I ended up guessing Bordeaux Blanc.
