Dark red and full bodied. Blackberries, a touch of menthol and chemical solvents (think rubber cement) on the nose. Starts almost completely flat, flabby, and lifeless. A bit like filtered welch's, with more water and the same industrially crafted levels of sweetness and acidity. The finish has some passing tannins, but all in all this is a shell of a wine and probably is best left for sangrias (though that may be an insult to any sangrias out there).
