First tried at le cou cou. Light crisp little fruit notes. Especially good for price

Lemon custard with kiwi on top. Perfect balance of full luscious mouthfeel and zippy acidity.

Therese Chris dinner here opened but did not use. Very nice stony mineral nose with balance on the chiseled acidic side that would have paired well with the seafood dishes.
