Another installment of my recent CA trip to see my daughter, one of the wines we tasted was a Pinot Noir sourced from a 31 acre vineyard. Dark Ruby red with aromas of berry fruits and pepper spice. On the palate concentrated flavors of raspberry, cranberry and cherry flavors with peppery spice and earthy tones. Fine creamy tannins, well balanced, nice mouth-feel and structure. The finish carried the fruit with a touch of oak lingering through the ending. Very Nice, small production. Tasting Sample.
