This 2006 dosage zero noir is one of the best bottle of bubbles I ever had. Ca del bosco does it agin. Beautiful elegant red fruit but totally dry, a freshness that is so Lively!

New entry to Vintage Collection! Pinot Noir + Dosage Zero .. You know what I mean : direct, crispy, clean, rich, vertical but not aggressive, elegant with long intense finish.
