Nice sparkling wine, but still not as good as Champagne, and expensive for what it is. Not as dry as I expected for a dosage zero wine.

Bone dry, as expected. Great appetizer.

Fairly high in acidity. Terrific with food.

Simply amazing...when same price range champagne will be able to do a pas dosage with the same perfect well balanced acidity, fine and persistent perlage, complexity and unique sent give me a call
