Cherry skin with strawberry jam and raspberry jam flavors, saline minerality and seed tannin finish with cranberry, black olive and menthol flavors, moderate skin astringency in aftertaste. Needs time to open. This is something special, worth savoring over several hours

These wines don't get enough love. 5th leaf, Tablas Creek clones, distinctly Rocks Mourvèdre and Grenache. Can't wait to see this site age and the coming vintages of this wine. The Syrah finishes so slightly funky. Strawberry.
