Great Cab Franc! High acidity and lots of tannins. Ripe strawberries and plums. Strong notes of smokey oak. Let it breathe before drinking.

This is ripe fruit, expressing terroir. One of what could be BC's signature grape: Cocoa and vanilla with saddle leather and bake hayloft in August. Beauty. Miles and miles to go, too.
