Enjoyed this. Easy drinking, tannic, plummy, deep fruit flavors. Great price point!

Solid house wine for the price; definitely young, though.

Great smell and taste for inexpensive wine (bought at Trader Joe’s). Great leathery, black fruit smell, a little smoky, almost like a Tempranillo. Tastes like plum, smoke, leather, crinkley fall leaves. Relatively strong tannins, but still smooth. Would be great with steak or pasta with a heavier cream sauce.

Similar to 1967 Toscana but more fruity and wood aroma. Stronger after taste.
