Oohhhh yummy. Chewy. I always struggle to describe that first "third" of the experience, but as the '09 Burly begins to open, there appear loads of dark cherries and with each sip- a notable and exquisitely pleasant unraveling of complexity and depth. It's getting more and more 'serious' by the sip. The finish grows as it breathes. Wonderful stuff. Drinks (& behaves) well above its price.
