Twice I have fumbled with this wine..I can't seem to parse the notes. It begins a little woodsy, then cherry with alcohol. Most pronounced is the dominant peppermint finish. It's a great wine, unfortunately, I just can't describe to you why.

Dark ripe fruits, earthy notes and a chocolatey finish. Medium plus acidity and smooth finish. Not too bad but not too impressed either.

Classic Napa Cab. Lots of dark berries and smooth tannins. Medium finish, drinking well right now. Very good.
