Thracian Valley Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah

Much better than the Bulgarian white I recently tried but still not ready for prime time.

I like it. Not too bold, little kick at the end

Decent value. Interesting wine.

Purchased at Total Wine, served with duck legs & lentils. Not what I'd call special, but perfectly drinkable. Tons of sediment!

A little tight, but nice tannins and coffeeish fruit.

Earth, fruit, tannins.

Smells like a lovely way to wake up on the weekend - with a multi fruit jam.

Medium to heavier bodied, deep jammy fruit, almost Zin like in it’s nature. This wine would easily hold up to most foods, and is an easy drinker. Bit o the alcohol burn at the back, perfectly pleasant.
This winery does a great job in the new world wine style.
