This highly perfumed Grenache/Carignan/Tempranillo blend evokes ripe cherry and black currant, with slowly emerging aromas of cured meat, lavender and minerals. This seamless Montsant red is nicely concentrated, with smooth tannins lending shape to a the long, fruit-driven finish. (JR)
