From Cork (now out of stock, $25) had 2017 on 7/26/2020 before gazpacho. Perfume exquisite. Delicious with some air. Rich and lush but fresh. Still love Montsant like our Gigondas. Strawberry light but just barely ripe blackberry overall. Cedar sprigs (wet, not wood chips). Peppermint gum finish. Not high alcohol taste. Tannins there but soft. Very gentle cinnamon, thyme; more red plum. Bright like high altitude Burgundy but rich like Rhône. We’re so very happy with this. Gazpacho kills it; pasta okay. Best to sip before food.

2014. Lightly bricking in color. Herbal aromas with subtle cranberry/dried cherry aromas. Flavors of dried herbs, tart cherry and fresh cranberry finishing with floral notes of rose petals.

Meaty, plum and blackberry on the nose. Velvety plum, and blueberry jam on the palate. Fantastic with goat cheese
