Mar 30th, 201810' Buccella Cabernet Had this upon release in 2013...& it was open for business. Had it again a year later and it wasn't drinking as well . 1+ hour of decanting & this was singing.
Edit- Almost a pop & pour. This is some of the best Cabernet I've had from them (excluding Katrina Eileen Cuvée)Try the 2006/07also👍. Drink/Hold

The big brother to the ‘09. Big and bold, great structure and depth. It was nice tasting this side by side with the ‘09, both terrific with very different characteristics.

2010 Bucella. A quiet storm. Unassuming at the opening but after an hour becomes a raging storm. This Cab delivers an exciting & inviting flavor profile that gets better with time. Category 4 with a little patience. Enjoy.
