Good dark red. Expressive, complex scents of plum, black raspberry, cedar, tobacco leaf, mocha and minerals. Fine-grained and energetic on the palate, with its sweet plum and mocha flavors lifted by a floral element. There's something Pomerol-like about this wine, which is about much more than simply primary fruit and displays more energy than either the '08 or '07 Bryant bottlings. A youthful yet already impeccably balanced wine with great class and finesse, this beauty finishes with utterly seamless, noble tannins. (Stephen tanzer, Vinous, July 2019)

Surprisingly, this one was not as big as the Futo. I am a big fan of anything from Prichard Hill and was intrigued seeing this one on the list. Gave it an hour to open up and had a fantastic ribeye to pair it with! In retrospect, I think I would have flipped the sequence. (All bullshit aside on sequencing, this is still an amazing wine and I am just being anal).. The color was still a nice deep violet with strong dark fruits. Great pedigree with Helen Turley on the planting and David Abreu on the vineyard management. What could ever go wrong?

Soft and elegant red cherries 🍒 married with notes of tobacco cigars. Wow this is soooo approachable.

Good after an hour, great after two...this had the classic sticky sweet red fruit characteristic of this vineyard but more subdued than other vintages. Still my favorite Napa Cab!

Celebrating my son’s birthday and birth year. Amazingly soft and velvety. Cedar spice, black currants and toasted bread. Can’t image it tasting any better than it does now.

2000 Bryant that has held up perfectly and fully evolved. Fresh and lively with 3-5 years left, easy. Mingling jammy fruits, layers of sweet spice matched with exotic spice. Opulent and flamboyant. Excellent from the moment it was opened to the last drop.

So beautifully polished - clean purity and lengthy. Silky textured and blue toned - violet, lavender, crushed rocks, rosemary and sage. Love this

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is the most successful of Bryant's 2015s. Rich, sumptuous and exotically ripe, the Estate nevertheless maintains the size, shape and freshness that made the 2014s here so extraordinary. Expressive floral notes and red-toned fruit notes give the 2015 enough brightness to play off the naturally ripe, succulent fruit. The 2015 will start to drink well in another few years, once the aromatics develop more nuance. All things considered, this is a terrific wine in a very challenging vintage. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, March 2018)

This was an impressive side show to our Sauv Blanc lunch contributed by @Martin G Rivard. I was worried when I saw that it was a 2000 but that was totally unwarranted. Loads of weight and class here, still showing ample fruit —an excellent pull at the perfect time.
