Dark red. Hmm, what does this smell like. Maybe some Italian herbs and a hint of ripe juicy berries. Flavor is decent. Cooked fruits and a bit of smoke. A hint of funky town. Dry, tongue smacker. It’s right in the easy CA Syrah sweet spot. Not strange and ethereal, but also not flat candy-assed ho hum red fruit sauce either. Certainly a fine enough $4 wine from the gross out...
