This is really a fun pét-nat. Apple/blueberry cider wine from Sweden! You can smell the blueberries a mile away, even though the juice is a beautiful deep red. It remains fresh and light, quite playful really. A little touch of effervescent makes it interesting and easy to drink. Good strong finish and a total crowd pleaser while remaining fun for the nerds.
