Wednesday Wine Committee. As always, wines are tasted blind. 1 sparkler, 2 whites, 4 reds, 1 dessert.
The only wine out of a grand total of 8 that I missed the varietal. After having 3 pinots, I tried to make this be an older burgundy. Very light, not super tannic. Fairly surprised it was Nebbiolo, and especially a young one. Small bit of leather, lots of raspberries and herbal spices. Very thin on the palate.

May 30th, 2015A young Nebbiolo, very light and dry and wonderful. Pairs beautifully with a great conversation and delicious light bites.
