Wednesday Wine Committee. As always, wines are tasted blind. 1 sparkler, 2 whites, 4 reds, 1 dessert.
The only wine out of a grand total of 8 that I missed the varietal. After having 3 pinots, I tried to make this be an older burgundy. Very light, not super tannic. Fairly surprised it was Nebbiolo, and especially a young one. Small bit of leather, lots of raspberries and herbal spices. Very thin on the palate.

A young Nebbiolo, very light and dry and wonderful. Pairs beautifully with a great conversation and delicious light bites.
