Fruit forward, good minerality, smooth, delicious. Low tannin, not bitter at all- best served chilled. Yum! French but near the Spanish border (Grenache).

Big ole mag of this Carmarans Duchene collab. I’m a big fan of NC’s fer servadou wine, esp Maximus, and I could taste those turnt to 11 green pep pep vegetals, and the granache rounds it off into a lively and serious glassful. Savory and salty and herbal. Another very special wine to celebrate Sister Audrey’s wedding. @Gillian Brassil @Chris Cohen delicious grazie!
