Mellow with notes of succulent dark fruit; easy drinking and easily paired with a robust pizza or simplistic pasta.

Had this 2010 and was pleasant enough. Went through three bottles of the 2011 and all were corked at the restaurant last night though. sad.

Browne Family has been a work in progress for the past 15 years from the development in the vineyards to selecting the winemaking team that understood their vision of what a great wine meant. A blend of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Malbec and 3% Petit Verdot, aged for 22 months in French oak (53% new). Deep black red with sweet dark fruit aromas. On the palate ripe cherry and blackberry flavor with sweet vanilla oak notes, well balanced. Lingering finish, smooth tannins ending with a touch of pepper spice.

This is Cab? Too light, wrong fruit profile, and highly acidic. Nothing about this says Columbia Valley Cab to me.

v15. Pretty good! Dusty, soft smoked bacon nose. Juicy, rich, black currant and blackberry fruit. Dry, pleasantly gritty, black pepper, mocha and leather finish. Nicely balanced.
