Finally after 6+ years of searching I got to try one of my white whales. This isn't the OG version, 2011 and I still didn't care. Purchased via K&L Wine with a bit of luck for around $50. Popped the cork to a flat / lightly effervescent musky raspberry lambic. Excellent mouthfeel / tartness / fruit. Wish I had one more to stow away for 5-10 years, but still drink now.

Have you ever had a salmon berry before? That; fuzzy underripe raspberry, pink flowers, pretty, juicy, fresh, balanced. #driefontienen #framboos #lambic #craftbeer
