This is sweetness I can put up with. Squarely tastes like cherries but not cherry pie. Not is it anywhere close to the swill from #ommegang or #petrus --- delectable.

Deep red colour with medium intense on the nose.
On the palate red berries, vild forest berries. High in acidity and low sweetness.
More a sparkling wine then what we today call beer.
