Pale yellow, mild nose of straw and maybe apple or pear. Very smooth medium bodied white on the sweet creamy side but also some dryness too. Mild acidity but when paired with some cheese it seems to present more acidic and a nice balance. Better with an aged hard Gouda/Roomano. If you like sweet wines then this is excellent!
