The white blend formerly known as Edelzwicker, or Gentil, if you like. Last bottle of vintage, but I’m here to tell you something else... (Prince fans, take note). Pale white in color, excellent clarity. Perfumed, floral notes in nose. Slightly spiced, citrus flavors, dry to off dry, dilute (later expresses as grapefruit pith), lactic and mineral finish. Superior exemplar of the style. 2000 cases made.

Super tropical fruit profile of papaya, kiwi, peach, and lime, with yellow and white flowers are hiding in the background. Oily texture with medium + acids. Long finish - great with Pho and spring rolls.

Crisp, green apple. A little honey drizzled on toast. The thing I want to drink in mid-Spring with the windows thrown open and a hot breeze bursting through while listening to Air.
