The new release. Very young with great aging potential. Not much else to say but Hunter #semillon always delicious and perfect for this crazy hot and humid weather. #aussiewine

2014 vintage. Flavors definitely respond well to warming. Burnt toast comes out as it gets closer to room temp. Green almond, lemon flesh and peel, crushed oyster shells, golden strawberry, yellow apple, little bit of beeswax, though just the flavor and not the texture. Tasty and interesting representation of the variety.

An absolute go to semillon. Few are equal. None are better. Perfectly crafted and elegant. 11% alcohol and lovely acidity. A must buy.

Nose is citrus peel and wet stone. Very high acidity with citrus and strong minerality.
