Crisp lemon and toast on the nose and very well balanced in the mouth. It's very youthful and needs more time but still enjoyable now with vibrant acidity and those lively toast notes

I absolutely love this wine. Zesty lime with aromas of white mushrooms and minerals. It's got that hint of eraser scent that I adore, with a finish that's just slightly creamy despite balance with acid. Drinking with kale/spinach salad and shrimp pasta.
