Charli Jaye Single Vineyard Chardonnay

Lemon/lime, nectarine, mango, green apple, fruit is ripe/tart. Nice creamy texture but acid is medium plus thanks to its high elevation in Eden Valley at 1500ft. Med alcohol, and a nice long finish with slight mineral effect And baking spices...Paired with chicken and cream sauce.. great effort here...

Took awhile for the aromas to open up but we were blown away on palate. Complex with a great mouthfeel and just a hint of butterscotch on the finish. Definitely pairs well with chicken.
