Nice smell, looks like a Bollinger. A bit aged , better a couple of years ago.
However great product!

From Écueil (Montaigne de Reims). Pinotant, fine and pleasing, v. attractive for who loves Pinot Noir. Noble golden colour with tiny bubbles. On the nose starts with yeast, bread, then it gets typical P. Noir with earthy and even animal notes. Mature, powerful, w. good complexity; as the wine changes in the glass a clear, well focussed note of green apple takes center stage. Equally good mouth with fine minerality along with fruits and some anise. V. good finish, fresh, good length.
