Broadside
Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon
This is the type of cab you find in restaurants without a wine list but a slew of wines by the glass. It's the kind of cab that costs $10 a glass but you think it's drinks for more than that so you think you got yourself a deal and never realize the restaurant made its money back on that glass and everything else is profit. This cab is bright and smells like oak and makes me think there is no oak aging at all, much like Axe body spray smells nice but you know it's all chemicals.
It's fine. I'm being too harsh, but it is a fine cab for cheap. Very drinkable and forgettable.
