Day 23! Getting closer to Christmas! 🎄🍷🥂🎅🏻 this is a delicious Sauv Blanc from Chile. It’s paired with a Gouda which really brings out the tanginess and zestiness of the wine. The mascarpone truffle gives it a nice smooth finish. I can’t believe it’s the Eve of Christmas Eve already!! Cheers!
