Pannobile Red Blend

Just smashing! Tart, ripe fruit, easy drinking off the hop. Love the name too (dog bias). Fab pairing for pastry desserts.

Very smooth and fruity. Not heavy or lingering

Very smoky, peppery bouquet. Reminded me of a Rhône Syrah. Tannins mild and up front, peppery black cherry flavours.

Jord, bludtensaft, lite fatkryddor, blåbär/slånbär i munnen. Stjälkigt, lite grönt och strävt. Gott till lamm men kanske i lite väl ogin frukt för att falla mig på läppen.

Notes of dark cherry but not overly fruity, tart and dry on the tongue , medium acidity with a spice, peppery smoking finish . Soft tanning and medium body

Lots of stable on opening, but both black and red fruit aromas quickly take over together with some oriental spices. Medium bodied and juicy with a well balanced acidity and decent length.

one of my best Austrian Zweigelt blends !

Drank at Tonka with tandoori chicken and lamb curry. Beautiful Pinot Noir like nose, but with chewy tannins. Sour cherry and spice.
