No formal notes. Bright red fruits with a touch of tobacco. Low tannins and medium minus acid. Ready to drink. At Christmas Day lunch at an Italian Restaurant in Sandy Bay, Hobart. Happy Christmas to the Delectable Community.

Savoury cherry aromas - some smokiness. A soft drink now palate with balsamic notes. Easy uncomplicated drinking. Perfect accompaniment to home made Pizza. No need for further cellaring.

Fresh aromas of cherry and freshly turned loam. Poured straight out of the bottle. Light to medium bodied - savoury with some stalkiness. No detectable Oak influence. Good accompaniment to chicken. Next day it had filled out on the palate. Reasonable value at $34.

A solid delicious red- smoky, just the right tartness, not too dry- smooth, perfect for a cold night and a bowl of chili!!

2018 vintage. Okay for a quick meal, but really needs a few years in the cellar at least.
