Pop and pour, and this was excellent; wish I had bought a lot more. On the nose: soft honey, lemon lime, soft vanilla: transparent oak influence?, but nevertheless charming. On the palate: good acidity, wet stone, oily lime, nice finish. Disappearing quickly.
