NOT served at the Stanford Guest House...had to make a run to a local beer and wine shop to survive reviewing 11 proposals before 8am tomorrow morning. I’m not a fan of everything Ommegang produces, but this is terrific. Nice aromas of malt and some molasses on the nose, smooth and rich across the palate, with a lingering, slightly (but not too) sweet finish.
