Madley in love with this beer. Sweet notes of black cherry over a tart citrus mash, slight smokey taste to it; almost like burt toast, with low notes of caramel and coffee.

This is the new “Prestige” variant. The original turned up to 11, while maintaining incredible balance. More depth and subtlety than the original (which was at the limits of sourness). Ripe white peaches, oak, and subtle earthy funk.
