A terrific sparkling rose from Greg Brewer and Steve Clifton. You can just see from the color that this had a lot of skin contact time, and it really shows in the complexity of the aromatics and flavor profile. I suspect that this can age so it might actually get more interesting in a few years, but a really tasty way to bring in 2016. Happy New Year everyone!
