Brewer-Clifton
Acin Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay

Still a little young and very acidic, but should age gracefully.

Still very eager, plump & youthful. Hard time analyzing on the first day, all up in my face and a bit overwhelming. Its exact how I remember it from the tasting room though. The tight pineapple profile on the first day has mellowed to reveal layers of lemon, white grapefruit, barrel notes, fennel and dried grass notes. Stainless steel and acidity masks a med++ body. Decant for now. Could be amazing with Elotes. For aging, Id easily hold another 3, and drink within 5. Flavor profile is not one that I can envision with stronger aging notes.

Over the top pretty. The vineyard is off Hapgood Rd. in SRH. As big as the Sweeny Canyon but more citrus and banana.
