What a 👃! Camphor, wet earth, bramble, simmering blackberry jam. Still a big wine and quite youthful. Needed a good 60 minute decant to open up. Fruit is still in great shape with a nice balance of savory notes. Killer stuff! At least 10 years left.

Jan 1st, 2018This is my third bottle of this in three years. They've all been outstanding, but this one may even be a touch better than the others. Ripe fruit, elegant structure, and a smooth finish. Fantastic.
