Howell Mountain wine alert🚨! Gosh, I could drink Howell Mountain wines and in the words of @Mike R , be always "smiling"!

I've been slowly going through Bremer's wines and am getting more and more impressed with each one. But, this Chard was a pleasant surprise. Very pale in the glass...looks like a SB. Bold statement, I know, but this reminds me a lot of Aubert's Lauren chard on the nose. Sweet lemon notes...almost like lemon tart squares. I LOVE that aroma on chardonnays. It doesn't have the texture of Aubert's chards, but there are a lot of similarities. Still has a good bit of acidity with a tart finish. White flowers and honey round out the palate. One of the best sub $60 bottles of Chardonnay I've come across.

#robbmasterchef. Big wine with more than a touch of oak. It's well done, just not my style.

Kevin really liked this. I don't like Chardonnay and it was certainly on the medium buttery side. Overall though balanced.

Straw yellow color, sweet honey on the nose. Gentle with age, well balanced, acid makes it refreshing. So lovely and strange to drink a Napa mountain fruit chard
