Dark berry jam with an earthy finish. I like the effervescence!! For the type of wine, it is very good. Not necessarily my go-to flavor profile. Unfiltered with a complex mouthfeel. Better slightly chilled. Eating deep dish pizza and it goes!

I adore this wine chilled for about 30 minutes in the fridge. It is not particularly complex, but it has amazing blueberry and black cherry flavors with just a hint of that dusty bramble Zinfandel is known for. This is a carbonic red, which means if you are looking for a typical Zinfandel, don’t get this!
