Unmistakably Chardonnay, clean and minerally with good mouthfeel. Rich but not buttery. Mind-blowingly good with a croque-madame and a salad with mustard vinaigrette.

Another organic choice, nice minerality, a bit oaky, some butter too, though not too rich. Perfect pair with our cod and roasted vegetables.
