Taste of well polished cherry note, cedar wood, warm and silky. Aftertaste is long, strawberry sweetness and sourness, cherry jam, low tannins, with slight soy sauce, a bit spice, black tea, and Unami flavor. An elegant bottle. This wine is definitely not your conventions Pinot. The berry notes on this bottle is not the major flavor at all. Her cherry and cedar wood note are on par with a good bottle of Cab. It is lighter or I can easily mistaken her as a nice bottle of Cab.
