Ver nicely balanced saison. Interesting collaboration between a west coast brewery and saison DuPont. I find it neat that the usual funk the typical saison yeast explores is ramped down by the addition of simcoe and Amarillo hops.good beverage. Albeit, like most craft these days, pricey.
