A great way to celebrate my 13.1 run today. With the enduring spirit of Saison DuPont. Had it not been for this brewery, we may have lost saison yeast, and that would have been a crime.
Subtle spice, sour wheatdough, and an excellent finish. Crisp and slightly malty sweet, just enough to tamper down the funk.

When beers age. Just loved this dry hopping farmhouse. Thirst quencher.

Score one for dry-hopping.

I was disappointed in this. Kind of flat, lacks character.
